Right To Know

Right to Know Your Cryptids!

Here at the Haberdashery Cryptid Preserve, we believe in transparency. After all, how can you protect something you don't understand? That's why we're thrilled to celebrate Right to Know Day! This day is all about ensuring citizens have access to public information. And what's more public than the cryptids that roam our forests and lurk in our lakes?

Transparency is Key to Coexistence

For centuries, tales of mysterious creatures have been passed down through generations. But fear and secrecy only lead to misunderstanding. Right to Know Day allows us to shed light on these often-misunderstood creatures. By openly discussing cryptids, we can dispel myths and cultivate a culture of coexistence.

Haberdashery's Commitment to Knowledge

Here at the Preserve, we're dedicated to researching and documenting cryptid behavior. Our team of cryptozoologists works tirelessly to uncover the secrets of these fascinating creatures. We share our findings through educational programs, informative exhibits, and even the occasional friendly lecture by our resident Loch Ness Kelley (though sightings of Kelley herself are rarer than a plesiosaur in the bathtub).

A Right to Know...But Also a Right to Respect

While Right to Know Day encourages us to seek information about cryptids, it's also a day to remember respect. Just because we're learning more about these creatures doesn't mean we should go stomping through the woods yelling "Sasquatch!" Remember, a little respect goes a long way, especially when dealing with a territorial Jersey Devil or a grumpy Hidebehind.

Did You Know?

Right to Know Day might seem like a human-centric holiday, but some believe it applies to cryptids as well! Take the Jackalope, for instance. These creatures, with their unfortunate tendency to get tangled in barbed wire fences, deserve to know where the best escape routes are and perhaps how to file a hazard report with the local forestry department.

So, this Right to Know Day, why not take some time to learn more about the cryptids that share our world? You might just be surprised by what you discover!
